The University Grants Commission, Bahadur Shah Zafar Marg, New Delhi, India, announces an open competition for the “Obama‐Singh 21st Century Knowledge Initiative (OSI)” and invites proposals for the same strictly in accordance with the guidelines outlined in the request for proposals and the proposal submission instructions.
The “guidelines outlined in the Request For Proposals (RFP)” and the “Proposal Submission Instructions (PSI)” are available at the UGC website www.ugc.ac.in.
The proposals may be submitted latest by 5.00 p.m. on or before 1st November, 2011 to Dr. Dev Swarup, Joint Secretary, University Grants Commission, Bahadur Shah Zafar Marg, New
